By 1918, a German platoon were usually led by a Lieutenant (Leutnant), senior NCO (Vizefeldwebel) or temporary officer (Offizierstellvertreter/Feldwebelleutnant). Officer training encouraged independent thinking and creativity in solving tactical problems; the famous “mission tactics” approach.

 

Consists of two miniatures:

  • 1x Lieutenant (choice of weapons)

  • 1x Sergeant with MP18 SMG.
