Digital orders

As you’d expect, our digital products are available globally. The vast majority of our products are available in digital form (books, miniatures, tokens, terrain etc) for personal home-printing.

Our partners

Our official partners and stockists are:

• Feudal Forge Foundry - based in the UK. Licensed 3d print partner. 

• Oz Wargaming - based in Australia. Licensed 3d print partner. 

• Caliver Books - based in the UK. Book stockist.

You can buy many of our products through our partners/stockists (see links). This does not currently include the rulebook (we're working on it), except through Caliver Books. We will update this list as more partners/stockists are added. 

There are some advantages to buying through our partners if you do not live in the UK (this is explained in more detail below). If you live in the UK, simply order through the WarFulcrum Games Webstore.

Made-to-order

For all items which are Made-to-order, allow an additional 3-5 days for dispatch from the timings given below. This includes all physical miniatures.

Domestic Orders (UK)

If you live in the UK, simply order through the WarFulcrum Games Webstore. 

Allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Delivery is through Evri (for miniatures) or Royal Mail (for books). Allow 3-5 business days for arrival once dispatched. During peak times (e.g. Christmas period) delivery may take longer.  

International Orders

• Orders through the WFG Webstore:

  • Books - Shipping charged at £14.99. Includes tracking and insurance. No additional taxes, tariffs, fees or duties are due as books are zero-rated. (i.e. no further cost to you). Allow 7-14 business days for arrival. 

  • Non-books (or mixed orders) - Not currently available in this region through this route. 

• Orders through the Feudal Forge Foundry eBay store:

  • Books - Not currently available in this region through this route.  

  • Non-books - Shipped via eBay Global Shipping Programme (all taxes, tariffs, duties and fees paid by the customer at time of ordering through eBay). Allow 7-14 business days for arrival. ​​

European Union

  • Books - Caliver Books is enrolled in IOSS, allowing upfront payment of VAT, tariffs, duties etc at point of order. For further details see shipping information.

FAQ

Q: Why don't WFG enroll for the EU’s IOSS scheme for VAT?

A: Unfortunately, we're not yet big enough for the overheads involved. We are on the hunt for a good EU stockist - feel free to suggest one (or even better, express your interest to them and ask them to contact us). And yes, we hate trade barriers too.
