Barbed Wire was one of the most distinctive features of the First World War. The entire breadth of the Western Front was littered in a horrendous tangle of wire designed to block and disrupt infantry advancing across No Man's Land towards the trenches.

This set contains four 6" segments of barbed wire, scaled for 28mm miniatures. This set is provided with randomly selected bases , nine posts per base plus 4m of wire to thread through them, allowing you to supplement your battlefield. While designed for 1918: A First World War Miniatures Game, it can also work in any wargame, from Trench Crusade to WW2 wargaming.
