**By purchasing, downloading, or using any STL or digital files (“Files”) produced by WarFulcrum Games or its associates, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.**



**1. Ownership**



All Files are the intellectual property of Warfulcrum Games (and associated artists/designers, where appropriate). 



This License does not transfer ownership of the Files or any associated intellectual property rights.



**2. License Grant**



You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Files under the following conditions:



You MAY:



* Download and store the Files for personal use
* 3D print the Files for personal, non-commercial use
* Resize or modify the Files for your own personal use only
* Print the Files as many times as you wish for personal use



**3. Commercial Use (If Applicable)**



Unless explicitly stated otherwise:



Commercial use is NOT permitted without a separate commercial license.



Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:



* Selling printed versions
* Using prints in products for sale
* Using prints in crowdfunding, promotions, or giveaways tied to sales
* Using prints for business, educational, or institutional purposes

**4. Restrictions**



You may NOT:



* Share, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or gift the Files (free or paid)
* Upload the Files to any third-party site or file-sharing platform
* Include the Files in bundles, collections, or subscriptions
* Sell or distribute modified or derivative versions of the Files
* Claim the Files or derivatives as your own work



**5. Digital Nature of Product**



Due to the digital nature of STL files:



All sales are final



No refunds or exchanges are offered once files are delivered



**6. No Warranty**



The Files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.



WarFulcrum Games and its associates are not responsible for:



* Print failures
* Printer damage
* Material waste
* Improper use of the Files



**7. Limitation of Liability**



To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarFulcrum Games and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Files.



**8. Termination**



This License automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms.



Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Files in your possession.



**9. Governing Law**



This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.



**10. Acceptance**



By downloading or using the Files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License Agreement.
